That gap is the whole opportunity. Fibi closes it gently, about 5g a week, with additions instead of restrictions. Meat stays on the menu.

Three taps to a happier gut

No weighing, no barcode hunting, no food databases. Your camera does the work.

๐Ÿ“ธ Snap your meal

Point, shoot, done. Fibi estimates the fiber and spots every plant on the plate in seconds.

๐ŸŒฑ Collect plant points

Every distinct plant this week earns a point. Score 30 and your gut bacteria throw a party.

๐Ÿ”Ž Let the radar watch

Bloated? Log it in one tap. Fibi studies the 24 hours before every flare-up until patterns emerge.

Bloated again? Fibi finds out why.

Most gut advice is guesswork. Fibi's trigger radar is evidence. Every flare-up you log gets investigated against what you ate in the 24 hours before, and she won't name a suspect until the pattern is real.

Just as important: she tells you what's been cleared, so you stop fearing foods that were never the problem.

And when the radar is sure, Rule It Out settles it: 7 days easing off, 3 days bringing it back, one honest verdict.

A coach who actually knows you

Fibi reads your scans, symptoms and patterns before she answers. Her advice is about your gut, not a generic one.

why am i so bloated after date night ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Looking at your last scan, that carbonara was rich and creamy, which is your radar's top suspect. It showed up before 4 of your last 5 flare-ups. Try a gentler portion next time and log how you feel. Patterns, not panic ๐ŸŒฑ
should i cut out dairy completely?
Fibiyour gut coach ยท not a doctor
Not on one meal's evidence, no. Cutting whole food groups without a clear pattern usually backfires. Let the radar do its job for another week, and if dairy keeps showing up we'll test a gentler swap first. Additions before restrictions, always.

Everything woven into one system

Every feature feeds the same brain. Your stack informs the radar, the radar informs Fibi, and Fibi informs you.

Your stack, honestly rated

Snap your supplements once. Fibi tracks the days you take them against how you feel, and tells you straight if they're earning their place.

Poop check, plain English

The medical Bristol scale, translated. "Smooth and easy" beats "Type 4" every time. Your gut's most honest report card.

๐Ÿซ

Bloat SOS

Guided breathing, a follow-the-dot tummy massage, or a timed gentle walk. Pick what suits the moment, and it quietly logs the flare-up so the radar learns too.

Rule It Out

Ease off a suspect for 7 days, bring it back for 3, and get an honest verdict: confirmed, cleared, or needs more data. Slip days count as data, never failure.

Questions, answered

Is this a diet app?

No. Fibi never counts calories and never gives you a restriction list. The whole philosophy is additions: more plants, more variety, more fiber, gently. Meat stays on the menu.

How does the trigger radar work?

When you log a flare-up, Fibi studies everything you ate in the 24 hours before it. Once the same pattern shows up across several flare-ups, she names a suspect and shows you the evidence. She also clears foods that keep appearing without trouble. And when a suspect needs a proper look, Rule It Out runs a 10-day check and hands you the verdict.

Can Fibi diagnose what's wrong with me?

No, and she'll tell you that herself. Fibi is a wellness companion, not a medical service. She spots patterns and suggests gentle experiments. Frequent or severe symptoms always deserve a GP.

Where does my data live?

On your device. There's no account system and no server database of your logs. You can export everything as JSON or erase it all instantly, any time. Read the full privacy policy.

When is the iPhone app out?

Soon. The full experience is live as a web demo today, and the App Store release is in preparation. Say hello at hello@fibi.health and we'll let you know the moment it lands.
